Beast what you say…..

Beast what you say…..

Beastcoast. Normally I wouldn't address you bull sht directly but I see your bs all over this board especially since Feb 16. For so long before evlv you were bashing PAT and promoting Liberty and Plymouth haha what a joke. I'll leave that all alone not worthy of any dialogue before and/or today.

In 2 years since evlv entered the market ans hit $10.49 USD. Today $2.74 USD. Down 75% from its 2 year high. Also 75 million injection did nothing to increase. All these millions in TCV revenue your speaking to has accomplished no upside or 0. Why?

Be clear on the revenue #s your stating, it's TCV not cash in the bank rather far from. Clients can and will terminate evlv agreements and are doing this today however no mention of this. No indication either the breakdown ie 5, 7 or 10 + years TCV. Investors are blind rather presented total contract value only. Monthly or fiscal TCV revenue isn't broken down by contract term(s). Smoke and mirrors like detecting the critical knives.

Expecting more peusdo news from evlv this q release dressing up a pig with lipstick. Assume some good $ numbers too will presented again. Can't take that away from them but at what cost (TBD)

A transparent evlv CEO would also address in their upcoming Q release the class action legal suit in play. Kind of a big deal. Let's see if that happens.

Perhaps they attempt to settle out of court unfortunately existing or future clients will be looking for clarity in any event. IMO their tech team are working furiously to fix this massive issue brought forward before it explodes across their exisiting client base. Rushing to market luring clients and charging them without clarity of what the system will or will not detect can or will smack egg on your face. can they bully their way through without transparency TBD

Btw, Xtract SP has been fairly static (like it or not) aince PE joined in Nov 2020 however appears on track to hit its 2 year high. It has been widely known Legal action for deployments/product into the field has always been a massive legal risk by moving forward to quickly. IMO Xtract has been clear on this topic for years and are carefully for good reason moving accordingly. Common sense perhaps?

Again, cconsidering the US market % penetration today is at less than 1%. The winner isn't detirmined today rather the next 1-3 years defining, determining a dominant winner or winners in the global space.

IMO Based on the Xtract key vertical partners will help drive a successful business model carefully and tactfully. Oh ya with skin in the game too.
