Let's assume, just for the sake of argument, that you're correct: how do you, as a regular shareholder, suggest they go about persuading shareholders who have already voted down the proposal for the specific reason stated repeatedly in this forum to change their vote? Disaster scenario perhaps? We'll lose everything if we don't vote yes? In that case why does Glencore want it for themselves?
