I am not suggesting they would need to pursuade shareholders who have voted no already to change their mind.
I will assume if history is any guide that there will be a lot of shareholders who will not bother to vote at all......
The last few years AGMs when the vote tally for the electing the board was revealed it showed almost nobody bothered to vote....
If they wanted to ...they could attempt to contact share holders who did not bother to vote at all.

Finally as for the wierd idea that I not a regular shareholder.......Who do you think I am ....part of NIF managment..Glencore agent maybe....LOL

Do you honestly think anyone from those 2 categories give 2 square crapps about the tiny amount of votes associated with little shareholders like myself or anyone else on this board?

I think perhaps some of you have far too high an opinion of your own importantance...

I am the billionaire that runs Glencore...
And on the weekend I frequent this board....my billionaire buddies invited me to do rich guy stuff...but I said...no sorry guys.
