Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

"The CEO is collecting car allowance, year end cash bonus, RSUs, PSUs, options and a high salary to make his all in comp over $800k which is almost 50% of the yearly brought in revenue. Most other employees don't even get a year end bonus and can see the company is failing."
