It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

Larceny By Sabina Management

Risk to all investors; Larceny by Sabina management for terms of take over, terms of management contracts by change of control fee by how many time 5x maybe plus bonuses. Who knows, the management would have no interest in the stock price going higher. This deal smells of corruption and self-interest by Sabina's management!
