RE:thoughts on executive change

RE:thoughts on executive change

I did not expect Bill Wignall to leave the company even though the writing was on the wall for Mr Worthington to take over as chairman. In addition, David Moore just recently started his new role as EVP and has now left the company too. That is very interesting.

In addition, they changed auditors recently and hired the Star2Star Cfo to take over David Moore's position. I find it interesting that in the audited report for fiscal June 30 2022, they made changes to the treatment of gross revenues versus net revenues. The previous unaudited 3 quarters overstated revenue even though adjusted ebitda remained unchanged. Then, shortly after that, we get a Cfo and auditor change.

Things that make you go hmmm.
