RE:Re : wrong and rightIt is puzzling why gold is not responding to these conditions.  You cannot print gold-I am confident that we will be reminded of that fact soon enough.  Meantime billions and billions of paper dollars are disappering into the war effort and COVID relief.  Before WW1 paper Marks and metal ones were about interchangeable in Germany-by the end of the war the paper marks were being used as wall paper.  Germans who had hoarded the metal Marks lived well-relatively speaking.  This is a very different juniour gold, a past producing open pit.  I don't dare suggest that it will be easy to restart-but it will be MUCH EASIER than starting from scratch.  Hopefully the PEA gives us some firm timelines.
