Market refuses to acknowledge value for Lac Gueret Mason owns 49% of the largest, highest grade, graphite deposit in North America, with NPV of 2.2 $B and after-tax IRR of 26%, without even considering the higher-grade starter pit @ 28 % C. Even though graphite made the top six of Canada’s critical minerals list and there’s no graphite mining to speak of, currently occurring in Canada, the market still stubbornly refuses to acknowledge value for Lac Gueret, and is assigning Mason a paltry enterprise value of only $11 mm (market cap $37mm – $13mm cash- $13mm SWAN shares). Absolutely bizarre!
