Interesting comment about "overseas". Reminds me of the junior exploration companies that trade on the Venture exchange, they always have operations in some far-off region of the world, where they're busy drilling or exploring or something, but the bottom line is, it's always in a location halfway around the world in a jungle that a small investor cant easily visit, to see for themselves if there's actually a shovel in the ground.
