You spend so much of your time going back and forth about a company that trades at $.01, has no money, has a failed platform (yes, this platform is a failure), that tried to sell itself to another company facing possible bankruptcy for nothing, is unable to pay its upcoming debt obligations etc. and will eventually shut its doors. This is just another biotech penny stock scam that you two have essentially years and years of your time wasting.
