RE:The Baytex effectBTE in a completely different situation than WCP. BTE has short life reserves, their Permian lands are getting stale and they're non-operated so they have no control. They had to get some properties with more running room and hopefully they can turn this acquisition into a lower decline asset. That is the game today, you have to maintain production with a fraction of your cash flow so you can pay "free" cash flow to shareholders. BTE didn't have those assets, WCP has them in spades. WCP will be fine. (I'm still at "show me" stage with BTE)
