RE:UnknownTD Securities is the main institution driving the share price down. Someone I talked to who is an experieneced trader/investor told me that there are people that manipulate stocks working together. One goes long and the other goes short and they move the price whichever way they need.  That is exactly what is going on here and TD Securities is the broker they are using.
