If you want to grade this (new) management on different aspects of the business I feel that what they did in sales compared to before and their guidance and vision for the future deserves high marks....Adherence of patients has to my knowledge never been subject to as much scrutiny as it is now ..It was mentioned before in reporting as if it was just a fact of life.
