But I think your point is that if they earn 1.30/ share the SP could go very surprisingly high. If that is the point, then I would agree, with the possibilty of such happening dependant upon whether they can become a "growth" company.
For a very long time, RET has been priced as a stagnant dying business, and correctly so. The transition that it and other retailers are making to online could change that dynamic completely, and perception of appropriate P/E multiples would probably also gradually change. It is easily conceivable that we see > 10.00, and possibly higher, if this turns out to be the case.
