RE:Market refuses to acknowledge value for Lac Gueret A valiant effort Mookster3.
That $11 Million valuation for Lac Gueret is owing to the fact that the company unavoidably placed a price tag out there suggesting the value of the very option to earn-in and ultimately purchase the Lac Gueret Graphite bearing lands parcels. Mason Graphite representatives did this when they optioned the ownership of Lac Gueret off to Nouveau Monde Graphite.
At this juncture, any and all additional value beyond $11 Million, which could be attributable to the Lac Gueret graphite bearing lands parcels, would accrue to Nouveau Monde Graphite; not necesaarily at this juncture to Mason Graphite.
NOTE: This "temporarily occurring" lack of accrued value circumstance which Mason Graphite is currently experiencing, could immediately change for the most posstive; this when all those Nouveau Monde Graphite shares and monies, which are issuable to Mason Graphite upon full and final earn-in and exercise by Nouveau Monde Graphite of the option to purchase Lac Gueret, are finally provided to Mason Graphite.
Here's a little bit of relevant recent history regarding Mason Graphite and the company's ability to raise more cheaply acquired Lac Gueret graphite bearing lands parcels development capital.
Being intentionaly starved of more cheaply had investment capital and with the attempt to raise such capital by way of the company's 40% or so co-owned Black Swan Graphene RTO/IPO transaction having fallen flat relatively quickly, Mason graphite stakeholders found themselves as having had little choice other than to elect to take the longer route to realized riches. That route dictated that the Lac Gueret graphite bearing lands parcels needed to be optioned off in hopes of monetizing both the Lac Gueret properties and Mason Graphite's 40%+ equity ownership in Black Swan Graphene and the SWAN held graphene centric Intellectual Properties and proprietary graphene production processes.
Mason shareholders would note that Mason insiders and primary stakeholders essentially leveraged the potential Lac Gueret graphite mine operating project in order to be allowed to partner with Quebec, Canada's apparently preferred and anointed champion in graphite mining and processing to finished spheronized and coated graphite battery anode matrials, namely Nouveau Monde Graphite.
See the non-binding co-development partnership and graphene battery anode materials or "BAM" commercialization agreement existing amongst Black Swan Graphene, Mason Graphite and Nouveau Monde Graphite.
The foregoing was a lot to take in and process for some readers I am sure; and yet, what is worth saying is worth saying at least adequately. Mookster3
