Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Well it's hard to say. I doubt they just dump shares of what they bought as that would be admitting defeat. Seems like their reputations and business accumen are taking a bit of a beating here. I am hopeful this doesn't spiral. If some of the bigger holders of Artis smell things are fowl, we could be in for a serious drop here. I am hopeful that is not the case but there seems to be some pretty bad sentiment out there right now. They really have to come across with their A game in cc, that is our only chance of stopping the bleeding here in the short term. I would not be surprised that they shift away from their buying other reit speil in the near term and start talking about debt reduction, if for no other reason than to calm things down a bit. On the other hand, if they wanted the stock to go down, well..................they are getting their wish. Lets see at what level they step back in, if at all!
