Yes, Chiesi most certainly is patient and does have a long term view,

Why, it will be 3 years soon since Chiesi got 4 LSDs from Bioasis for almost nothing.

And here we are, no news of what the secret LSDs are, let alone any hint of a developmental milestone, and IND submission or a regulatory milestone.

Patient? Or not interested? Waiting for the FDA to approve Protalix's ProCellEx manufacturing technology? Or they squeezing Bioasis?

Stop and think, poof. Things have meanings.
