...I am surprised this hasn't been halted or a CTO issued.....deadlines are deadlines and they are there for a reason....they issued a PR stating FEB 28....is that not the legal deadline that had to be met?....90 days after year end? ....sure they can do a AGM and discuss the results a month later but WTH?.......dissapointed to say the least......what say you TAAT.....even more surprised this isn't getting punished today.....I'm sure Ms. Chang isn't impressed either.....
