MY THOUGHTS ON CC

Samir sounds unsure of 2023 and looks to just stay the course with the status quo hoping for some luck on the interest rates. They really need to address how they are going to close the gap as he knows the SP is in the sh!tter and sentiment has never been worse.

I hate his constant saying "we inceased NAV per unit" means nothing if they cant sell the assets
