That's about a C$155 million market cap. The higher it goes the less potential dilution acquiring BTI. At its current price acquiring BTI for C$40 million would only mean 26% dilution for PLX. Much better posiiton than it was in before. It still was a lot higher before the FDA made it do extra work.
