On the call, when he was asked how many entities he held at the end of Q4, he took a pause, sounded like he had to check his paperwork, then confirmed 3. Sounds like he closed the 3rd position.

Additionally, in the Q4 MD&A Subsequent to year end, "The REIT sold equity securities for aggregate net proceeds of $19,477." We know he only sold 5k units of D. And very unlikely they sold FCR. So likely they closed their 3rd position.
