RE:50% OFF THEIR *NEW* NAV OF $17.30Completely agree SNAKEYBOY. Artis needs to pay down their debt. It is irresponsible to be carrying so much variable interest rate debt in this very uncertain economic environment.

And max out the NCIB. Completely ridiculous to be buying any FCR before maxing out the NCIB.
