Uzbekistan and Hidrotop

Uzbekistan and Hidrotop

Perry,

I know you're on here from time to
time.

Can you comment more on what happened with the Uzbekistan deal?  Simply blaming its demise on the war in the Ukraine is not satisfactory.  We're talking Central Asia here...almost a full continent away from Russian Europe.

And with respect to Hidrotop...

The deal was delayed for months and months, (and months)...and then some...and suddenly now, the terms of the deal aren't good enough?

Both pieces of news lead to an all time high in your SP...now they both cease to exist.

Beyond frustrating as a new shareholder at that time (buying in and believing in) all this positive momentum.

...had been sitting on the sidelines before all
this.
