RE:Mistakes of the pastThey are clear that they can support the $0.12 annual dividend with $3.60 copper and will use the share buyback and special dividend when times are really good. With the good news coming out of China I think we will see copper stay above $4 in the near term and if it can stay above $4 for the full year we will see a very nice special dividend. Recall in previous press releases they indicated any cash above $25 Million would go to share holders. I think that buffer is to ensure they can maintain the dividend during tougher times.
I also think the political challenging is over done as we saw the strong rejection to radical changes. I am looking forward to the new Website but I would like to see Harbour start earning their keep as they are supposed to be marketing us and we still only have 1 Analyst covering us.
The was a rounded bottom formation a couple weeks ago point to $2.80-$3.20 and if we get their we may start hitting some funds radar as a green copper play.
All probabl wishful thinking and GLTA.
