It is just crazy to see TH trade for a sustained period at these levels. Management cannot be totally oblivious and realize that the market is showing a big vote of no confidence as the EV is well below any reasonable sum of parts. An oppotrunistic IB team should be able to shop this around to corp dev folks and show them the value.
