Its secondary focus is developing hydrogen assets located within their helium fields.

RE:RE:RE:C$20 MILLION MARKETED PUBLIC OFFERING Yes, I think those who follow DME closely knew this was coming.  However, I am surprised that the offering is as large as it is.  I'm sure the company was hoping the stock price would have appreciated as progress was made with respect to start-up and revenue, but unfortunately the stock price has (strangely) drifted in the other direction (which I still think it would have been easy/cheap for existing large stockholders (who are likely buyers in this offereing) to accomplish in light of the small volumes here).  I also kind of wish DME would have borrowed a portion of these proceeds instead of going all equity/dilution.  

Like everyone else, I am anxious to see what the terms will be.  

Regardless, as you said BH, this offering was a monkey that DME stock really needed to get off its back!  Let's hope the process to the closing of this announced offering is both smooth and short.
