No ... you don't understand at all. A business loan IS NOT LIKE A MORTGAGE. The lender usually takes ALL of the business assets (present and future) as collateral but that collateral is always evolving as the business operates. When the lender takes all of the company as collateral, that includes the cash it already has, and even the cash the company gets from the loan. What you are suggesting is as ridiculous as saying that SGNL cannot use the proceeds of the loan because it is part of the collateral
