RE:RE:Well Done Mr. Soroush Nazarpour & CoHello SoundGuyz, lol.
You stated, "Looking at the updated investor deck....
it would seem now more than ever than NanoXplore having paid $3MM USD for XG Science assets and customer relationships (particularly with the use of Graphene infused foams in Ford's products) was truly a bargain!"
Yes. I certainly said it during 2020 and very early 2021, i.e. I clearly suggested that the XG Sciences Inc "problem" needed to be "nipped in the bud" by and on behalf Mr. Nazarpour &Co.
Clearly, NanoXplore representatives did as I full well expected and I did demonstrate my appreciation of their efforts at the other investors bulletin board, where I profusely conveyed both my elation and extended my congratulations for a participant there whom I thought could have been Mr. Soroush Nazarpour.
You, SoundGuyz, asked "How the heck did NanoXplore pull that one out of the hat??"
NanoXplore representatives did so whilst utilizing, amongst other strategic methods and with the implied if not overt intentional assistance of Ford representatives and with the assistance of one of the most important XG Sciences "creditors.
What's more, the primary NanoXplore invested in and successfully attained tool of leverage, with which NanoXplore representatives applied such persistent force and ultimate persuation, was clearly then recognized by myself - and others like climatecarver as well - as being a then successfully NanoXplore attained USEPA "Graphene BlackTM" "Consent Order".
Such kind, quality and quantum of demonstrably superiorly and strategically seured USEPA supported and NanoXplore representatives exerted "leverage" clearly allowed NanoXplore representatives to utilize the least amount of cash possible and also allowed NanoXplore representatives to secure the proprietary milling equipment, the XG Sciences name and brands and proprietary product lines, along with supporting intellectual properties, clearly needed by NanoXplore in order to unambiguously secure the kind, quality and now most descernible quantum of additional de-risking of both the NanoXplore enterprise and of that downstream strategic business development "investment enterprise, VoltaXplore.
With a special mention of Mr. Rob Wildeboer of course.
I am sure that Mr. Rob Wildeboer was instrumental and invaluable in providing both his and Martinrea's unwavering support for NanoXplore representatives to pursue and successfully accomplish all that the company representatives have in fact accomplished, as pertains to the "nipping in the bud" of the XG Sciences issue.
Collectively, these gentlemen went about doing all that we are referring to in a manner which is strategically supperior and a manner in which I would have then chosen to do so as well.
Instances like this are in part precisely why I choose to remain (although not always contented) a NanoXplore shareholder for the long term SoundGuyz.
