RE:RE:has the permiting been delayed?Forcing through permitting right now is not good for shareholders. Paul has said that RIO is pleased with the permit applications as they are now, so that means if RIO wants to build and operate the mine, it's all good. But that acts like an ace in RIO's sleeve, because they know that any other major will want to influence and possibly change the mine/tailings/etc design to fit their operational parameters. Until RIO is conclusively crossed off the dance card, that sort of prevents WRN from moving too much farther down the permit path without repulsing other bidders, who would have to re-do much of that work. Permitting the current mine design kind of locks them into the dance with only one partner. I'm increasingly of the opinion that we need this RIO extension to end and to get out from under the mountain of NDAs so more information can be disclosed publically.
