Kinda hard when they have enough funds to run things for the foreseeable future due to the successful exercising of warrants. Also the vast majority of shares are held by retail investors who are reluctant to give up their shares after holding for years. Anyone wanting to buy out this company will need to acquire too many shares to NOT affect the share price negatively. Considering the present volume, it would take a massive effort to acquire enough shares to do this in my opinion.
