Statistically speaking 9 out of 10 reverse splits result in a pullback. I'll continue to sit in the bushes and watch.

The filings do not indicate the outcome. There could be a bidding war, scoping study needs more time or the potential purchaser needs to line up the funds. All will be revealed in May at an additional expense of $12M. The lawyers and court monitor continue to sing ka-ching ka-ching.
