The average retail investor only has $1000 to invest even if the average retail YOLO'd it all in QeM that's only roughly 11,765 shares which is 0.00868% ownership. Dilution is a non issue in that scenario. But I feel like Francis will be very careful and not dilute shareholders very much as he owns 4.3 million shares so he himself would take a big hit if there will a lot of dilution.
