...hardly.....but can't say I've seen too many deals quite like this one....call my question a soft bash if you want but syntex makes some valid points....we all aren't going to agree all the time on how Mgmt performs but if you think this is such a straight forward deal I'd be asking you if this is your first time investing....I never said it was a good or bad deal....but I will say the patents alone might be what this is all about......GLTA....
