The Kirkham Property is within 20 km of the past producing Eskay Creek mine while the eastern border is within 12 - 20 km of Seabridge Gold's KSM deposits and Newcrest Mining's producing Brucejack mine. The Company’s Greyhound Property is a gold/silver target in Idaho, United States. The Company’s Greyhound Property is located in Custer County, Idaho, approximately 42 km northwest of the town of Stanley.

Your comment infers that MTS has '136 million plus shares' - although you don't specify whether that is (just) 'outstanding' or 'fully diluted'.

Either way, my research of both MTS' latest published SEDAR filings and MTS' own website indicate approximately ~68 million shares, 'fully diluted' --- your numbers are approximately 100% more! --- and if true would make a significant difference when valuing the SP!

I PRESUME YOU KNOW OF WHAT YOU SPEAK. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR LEGITIMATE SOURCE FOR YOUR CLAIM OF '136 MILLION SHARES' - OTHERWISE I WILL BE LEFT TO PONDER WHETHER YOU ARE LYING, OR JUST INCOMPETENT!
