PSU/RSU 2020 pay out

Just out on SEDI. Contrarian was right on the date, Feb 28.

147% for the PSUs - based on what is paid out for PSU versus RSU.

0.51 basis, so 25 MM payout which includes the bonus PSUs. The basis at year end was 0.50, so this will be an extra charge of 5 MM this quarter.

Glad this bunch of Sus are now out of the way.
