Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. If Artis grabs D under 20, at the same time D does buybacks, it would be an incredible way to grow unitholder value. Get a major position averaged around 20-22, then finish a take-over in the 25-27 with final average around $22-24, for $31-33 of assets. Instead we are screwing around with FCR at ~15% discount to to NAV?
