.... This is my fav and to me is saying Joint Venture or Licensing Deal with the new NDA....MOO

the parties shall transition to a definitive agreement for strategic partnership which will outline volume targets, sales and marketing plans, price and production targets, and compensation models.
( they have never mentioned this with any other company in a PR)
