Literally nothing here is making any sense. You have a first tranche of a private placement being filled to the tune of a few hundred thousand dollars ...which considering the number of consultants, engineers, techs, and high level executives with all of their associated salaries, really isn't much. Then you have no mention on status of an Ohio "mega" plant, so it's just like it never happened. In fact, please forget we mentioned it. Then you have a commercial pilot plant which was a ray of hope to be able to produce something, being torn down for the sake of moving it to Nevada, ostensibly to save income taxes and stop corrosion of the magnesium ingots which won't be coming out anymore for a long time. (Wouldn't it be cheaper to just simply build a small dehumidified storage container or house, but I digress because WDIK). Add to that hiring consultants to find buyers when they have been saying that the phone is ringing off the hook from people showing interest. Nothing makes sense to me anyway, literally nothing. So unless this AGM is a blockbuster of clarification where we all go "oh why you sneaky but glorious so-and-so's, good on you! You pulled it off! We're so happy and proud of you we never thought of that pathway. Wow! Congratulations to us all! Unless they start giving us information at that level which makes us all quite relieved, this is more and more looking like a ....well, you fill in the blank.
