Excellent post Ron (as always)

Here are the catalysts which will propulse the share price to NEW heights (end of 2024) :

1) share buyback starting middle of next week which will trigger some short covering
2) positive cash flow in second semester of 2023
3) confirmation of the 300M limit in the next quarters : I have some doubts here
4) announcement of the sale of some capital assets
5) return of 407 traffic to prepandemic levels
6) potential claim resolutions
7) your prediction of a buy out : another potential 30%+ boost to the share price. I do not think it will happen but heck, what do I know ?
