I think that if they are really lucky

I think that if they are really luckyThey will get about $60-$70 million for Goldboro. They will never get $100 an oz when it is a $400 million dollar investment to get it into production.  That is assuming they get all the permits.

If really lucky... $10 million for pointe rousse  (unlikely.... probably $5 at the most)

So they will get about $75 million.  But they owe over $20 million.

So $50 millon net after all legal expenses.  That is only $0.25 a share.

I will be extremely surprised if they get a penny more than $0.40 a share now that they are no longer a producer.

That is just my opinion..
