RE:RE:RE:Market refuses to acknowledge value for Lac Gueret Hello Directvoice.
Thanks for your reply.
I'll stand as corrected if need be.
Never the less, I understand that what Mason representatives entered into was a multifaceted arrangement which was wholly contingent on LLG.V representatives optioning off the right to purhcase all of the Lac Gueret graphite bearing land parecels to Nouveau Monde Graphite.
The JV and commericalization partnership which you refer to is specifically as pertains to the allowance by NOU representatives for LLG.V to co-locate Black Swan Graphene's proprietary graphite upgrading to graphene module and spheronized graphite graphene coating processing equipment within NOU's graphite spheronization and coating process manufacturing plant.
It's a option to earn-in and ultimately outright purchase the Lac Gueret graphite bearing lands parcels project..
I have to confirm whether such a option to outright purchase Lac Gueret is in part or in whole transferrable by NOU to a would be solicited and invested capital provisioning party.
Also, we know extensive additional and necessary work is to be performed by NOU in further proving up the graphite reserves. Lots of drilling and other kinds of work is yet to be perforned at Lac Gueret. That is going to cost both LLG.V and NOU a heck of a lot of capital going forward.
Remember that phase one and two for Nouveau Monde Graphite are considered to be NOU's graphite processing and spheronized coated graphite process manufacturing plant and NOU's Matawinie graphite bearing lands parcels project respectively.
The Lac Gueret is now said by NOU's CEO, within the latest NOU news release, to be concurrently developed with phase one and two.
What that specific comment was meant by the NOU CEO to specifically convey is certainly up to interpretation Directvoice.
What can be stated as factual is that NOU is now going to need to find, given the recent clear commitment to developing and bringing those Lac Gueret graphite bearing lands parcels into full scale production, a whole wack more than a "initial" $750 Million of invested capital.
$750 Million was the old figure for "intial" and "debt centric" capital acquisition required by NOU, this before another mining project in it's own right, Lac Gueret, was taken on by Nouveau Monde Graphite.
By the way, I expect FORD is likely to be the next player to be introduced to the Quebec based Nouveau Monde Graphite equation.
FORD is coming to Quebec in order to produce, by way of a three way partnership, cathode materials for LFP chemistries specific battery cells.
Lithium Iron Phosphate battery cells chemistries are typcially accompanied by a graphite based anode battery cell component.
