Might increase my Dream office postion vs HR. Thoughts?

I have a heavy weighting towards HR and a modest postion in Dram Office. HR is high quality, well managed and a lower distribution. Dream has more unrealzied value and the 50 percent Dream Industrial component adds to it's appeal. Conisdering changing to a more equal weighting between the two. Thoughts?
