Questions for management at the AGM

Questions for management at the AGM

1. What is the status of the 100,000 metric ton mega plant that you said you are building in Harrison county Ohio in the October 18, 2021 news release?

2. Secrecy of the proprietary IP has always been the corner stone of this company's a business model, in a recent news release you announce that they will be licensing the technology and there is a licensing package. Why the change in philosophy now?

3. Who will the technology be licensed to ?

4. The company went to great effort and expense to build a commercial pilot plant in Burnaby. Why is it being taken apart and moved to Nevada?

5. The commercial pilot plant could easily have been built in Nevada to begin with. Did your expert management team not foresee this?

6. The reason that you gave for cancelling three annual general meetings last summer was that significant milestones had not been reached that are needed for discussions with shareholders so now that the AGM is proceeding, what are these discussions that need to be held with shareholders?

7. 17 months have passed since you said in a news release that the 100,000 metric ton mega commercial plant in Harrison county Ohio is being built. When do you expect to be able to produce magnesium in saleable quantities from this facility?

8. In recent news release you stated that purchase agreements had been signed for 25,000 metric tons of magnesium, when and how will these purchase agreements be able to be filled?

9. You made several news releases in June and July of last year stating how much the output from the commercial pilot plant in Burnaby exceeded expectations, why is it necessary now to build a brand new research and development facility in Nevada?

10. after more than a decade of research and development, rather than going into commercial scale, production of magnesium, you are now re-focusing on research and development. Does this mean that the process is not ready for commercial production?

11. Following up on the previous question, when if ever do you plan to go into full scale, commercial production of magnesium?

12. How do you plan to finance moving the commercial pilot plant from Burnaby to Nevada and building a brand new research and development facility?

13. How long will it take to move the commercial pilot plant to Nevada and build the new research and development facility and when will this begin?

14. You state that you are going to license the technology can technology that is still in research and development phase be licensed for any practical purpose?

15. When you state that the technology will be licensed, it is assumed that it is ready for a commercial production. If so, why are you not going into full scale commercial production, rather than more research and development?

16. The image that you portray on your website,  your news releases, and  your zoom calls is that Western magnesium is about to usher in a Renaissance of American manufacturing and revolutionize American industry with your proprietary processes. Are you not concerned that the actual perception of your company is somewhat of a laughing stock in that after 10 years of grand promises you still haven't been able to capitalize on this technology?

17. In the past it has been mentioned by the company several times that you are not concerned about the share price. Do you realize that is the primary concern of your shareholders?

Everyone else, please feel free to add to this list.

Not long now!
