ATAC, Victoria, Hecla ATAC rebuffs Victoria and within 2 weeks enters LOI with Hecla. I think this could have some bearing on us. Tara's hubby is president of Victoria. Paul is good friends with Graham Downs. It's not about allegience. It's all about money. Money talks.
What I like best about what ATAC did was that it demonstrates that if you wait there are other options.
