RE:Tunnel vision

RE:Tunnel vision BigRig - what are your KPI's for measuring "real shareholders have spoken" satisfaction?

I agree with you on some of your observations about the posted information and repetiveness. However, there is a underlying theme that pertains to the "unique" share holder value being practiced by the executive team and BOD. I'm speaking to "trust and transparency" and fiduary duty. The biggest red flag in the latent financial filings and no cease trade orders. This is huge given the company doesn't generate revenue and all assets (cash, equipment, IP, filings) are owned by the share holders. There is now 5 lawsuits, 2 from local vendors, in Canada. Two in the USA based on forum postings?? So, you have to admit that share holder value is running a little lean over the past few months.

There was thing I practiced in my professional career is "Take it on the chin when you make a mistake" (i.e. own it and fix it) and "lay of the sword for your team". The former being posted a few months back in this forum along with the observation "controlled burn". I learned alot from investing in "new mouse trap" technology from a very vile individual RJ. I'm sure someone else on this board knows who I'm talking about.

Again, what are your KPI's for measuring "real shareholders have spoken" satisfaction?
