Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

Yes, they do not care what you think, or what I think, or any current shareholders for that matter.

The CFO sent that in an email to EaZeetrader- but never released it as an official company statement. I wonder why not? It was a cowardly move and filled with excuses only a simpleton would offer.

Management signed away FDA and CA approvals we paid for- how could they be material? Right?

They obviously are afraid to publicly own up to their failures- so would rather take their chance with any regulatory blow back on disclosure.

I see no future meaningful information coming from them on the loss. They want you to forget about it.
