For every seller, there is a buyer... price action is determined by sentiment.   Positive sentiment results from buyers having a higher degree of motivation that sellers.  Positive news helps in the near term, but it is the work that goes into improving the underlying fundemental factors that creates the longer term sustainable value, and builds confidence in the market.

People only buy if they think there's a profit to be had, whereas there are millions of reasons to sell a position, many of which have nothing to do with the fundemental value proposition (bills, taxes, other perceived opportunity, etc...).  Improvement in the underlying fundementals helps reduce the impulse sales that drag down stock prices in quiet times.

It certainly appears from the Board appointments, insider activity and tending to bringing Black Horse in-house and getting the MT Survey done that there's a plan to revalue sustainably.
