RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Quote by Warren BuffetAs expected. Here's what was offered on October 3rd '22, with closing expected Oct 14th:
Under the terms of the Financing, up to 10,000,000 Units are available to be sold to accredited investors at a price of $0.25 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $CAN 2,500,000.
Here's what was closed on Nov 16th: On closing, the Corporation issued an aggregate of 1,000,000 Units at a price of $0.25 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $250,000.
.... An aggregate of 511,000 Units, representing gross proceeds of $127,750, were issued to certain insiders of the Corporation. Since the total buy is less than 25% of total MC, the company did not need special approval from shareholders. So another $125K was bought by others. Or about 1/20th of available starting estimate. Does that qualify as massive interest in your world? Don't hesitate to respond. If you do respond, tell me why accredited investors will be interested if we do a raise again.
Remember, it's real money we're investing and we all own shares. Take it away.
