It holds a 100% interest in 95,519 hectares of ground adjacent to Orano’s 133-million-pound Kiggavik uranium deposit located 100 kilometers (km) west of Baker Lake, Nunavut. Fir Island is located approximately five km northeast of the community of Black Lake, on the northeast edge of the Athabasca Basin. The Clearwater Project is located on the southwestern edge of the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan.

"RTEC's sale of the Acquired Interest to Forum is subject to the Project's camp being removed from the site or sold. In satisfaction of this condition, the parties have agreed to extend the First Option Period in the current option agreement between Forum and RTEC to November 30, 2023.
