a) They did not need more cash now, so we can presume that the large account receivables should be collected soon...

b) they only sought price protection up to $5 M,

c) they did not anticipate that the share price would move so fast above the warrant exercise price, thereby limiting their ability to increase the size of the placement to meet demand...
